Ms. Wilhemina Floyd, 56, passed away Saturday, May 4, 2019 in Charlotte, NC.  She was the only girl of six brothers born in Paterson, NJ.  To the late Ms. Ella Mae Floyd (Dublin, GA) and Mr. Harry Jackson (Bishopville, SC).  She graduated from Kennedy High School and pursed a career in Nursing at Passaic County College in Paterson, NJ.  She resided in Dublin, GA since 1990 where she raised her two nieces Ella M Floyd and Sarah M Floyd as her own daughters. Wilhemina also loved and cared for her great niece and nephews Takira, Christopher, and Jayden. 

Wilhemina loved and cared for many people through private sitting in Dublin, GA throughout the years; Wingard, Scrooge, Moses, Allgood, Thigpen, Knights, and Balbona until her personal health began to decline. 

Wilhemina is preceded in death by her mother Ella M Floyd, father Harry Jackson, three Brothers: Harvey A. Floyd, Keith Floyd, and Marvin L. Floyd, Uncle Edward Floyd, and Aunt Lillian Floyd

 Surviving family members to celebrate her life daughters/nieces Ella M. Jordan (King) and Sarah M. Torres (Angle), Dr. Balbona, her three brothers; Harry Floyd, Kenneth Floyd (Diane), and William Floyd (Deloris).  Family members Tarsha Floyd, Geraldine Floyd, Randy Floyd, Rhonda Floyd, Kendrick Floyd, Lourine Pauldo, Sandra Floyd, Lucielle Carr, Kawana Floyd, Rayvn Torres, Kyren Floyd and a host of nieces and nephews.

Serenity Funeral Home of Dublin has charge of arrangements.

The family will host a final viewing on Saturday, May 8, 2019 from 3:00pm -5:00pm at Serenity Funeral Home and Cremation Services.  Afterwards a Celebration of Life dinner at the Emory Thomas Auditorium until 8:00 p.m.
