Funeral Services for Mrs. Carolyn P. Haggins will be held Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 1:00PM. Location: Serenity Funeral Home, Dublin 414 Telfair Street Dublin, GA 31021.Interment will follow at Springhill Baptist Church Cemetery  494 Evergreen Road, Dublin. Rev. Ellis Carswell will serve as eulogist.

Mrs. Carolyn P. Haggins was born August 8, 1949, to the late Louis Parker Sr. and Mary Helen White. Carolyn was called home on September 27, 2021.She was preceded in death by her father, Louis Parker Sr.; step-father, Walter White; and grandmother, Clara Wynn-Tinsley.

Mrs. Carolyn P. Haggins devoted her life to helping others and was a graduate of Oconee High School, Class of 1967.

She leaves to cherish her memories her wonderful children Stephanie Boone and Stephen Haggins; mother, Mary Helen Wynn-White; granddaughter, Alexis Boone; siblings, Louis Parker Jr., Michael White, and Carla Parker; aunts, Claire (David) Boston, and Louise Wynn- Pointer; uncle, Greg Tinsley, and a host of other relatives.

Public Viewing will be held Friday, October 1, 2021 from 9:00AM to 7:00PM at Serenity Funeral Home, Dublin.
