Graveside services for Mr. Edgar "Ray" Evans will be held Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at 10:00 AM. Location: Blue Water Baptist Church Cemetery 2663 US Highway 441 South, Dublin. Reverend Danny Duggar will serve as eulogist.

Ray was preceded in death by his parents Steppie Evans and  Ollie Mae Evans; three brothers, James Evans, Jethro Evans and Donnie Evans; four sisters, Bernice Woodard, Junice Phillips, Betty Harden and Barbara Ann Taylor; one daughter, Kathy Hudson.

He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife of 57 years, Helen Evans; one son, Raymond Evans Sr. (Lesia); six grandchildren, Raymond Evans Jr. (Pansy), Josh Evans (Allison), Jacob Evans, Michelle Hudson (Chris), Kyle Hudson (Jessica), Austin Hudson; six great grandchildren, Maddox Evans, Rayna Evans, MaKenzieGarnto, Elive Evans, Kayden Register, Kaydee Rae Register; one sister, Kay Rowe of Dublin. Ray also leaves to cherish his memories a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Due to COVID19 the family will have limited visitation at the home of Raymond and Lesia Evans at 313 Holly Drive Dublin, Georgia 31021.

Serenity Funeral Home, Dublin has charge of arrangements.
