Ms. Emmie Bowers was born August, 25 1955 in Monticello, GA. She passed away June 9, 2023 and is survived by her son, Christopher Bowers, daughter, Amanda Patterson, son-in-law, Billy Patterson, granddaughters Christine and Jordan, brother Bobby Roberts and his wife Gabby, nephews Jonathan and Joshua Roberts, and sister Patsy Blanton. She was quite decorated having graduated with the highest academic honors from Dublin High School, earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Georgia College, receiving a Master Gardener Certification from the Mississippi Department of Agriculture, achieving licensure to practice Feng Shui in California, and holding numerous Master Training Certifications in pharmaceutical production. Her passions included reading, gardening, tending to her flower beds (bonsai), and caring for her cats. Ever exercising humility, she constantly learned the interests of others and would drop everything to help anyone.
