Memorial Services for Mr. Gregory Layton Ward will be held Wednesday, March 30, 2022 at 11:00AM. Location: Serenity Funeral Home Chapel 414 Telfair Street Dublin, Georgia.

Mr. Gregory Layton Ward was born October 27, 1967 in Oak Hill, West Virginia. Mr. Ward transitioned March 26, 2022 in Savannah, Georgia.

Greg was a loving father and brother. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He loved his pets, Little Mama, Snoopy, and Murray. Greg never met a stranger. Every person he ever met, to him, was just a new friend. He always saw the good in people.

Mr. Gregory Layton Ward was preceded in death by his parents, Robert E. Ward and Mary R. Freeman; sisters, Mary Wall and Crystal Ingram.

Leaving to cherish his memory are his children, Tabitha (Joe) Goulart of  Macon, Hunter Williams of  Dublin, Amy (Mathew) Payne, Elizabeth (Stephen) Fountain, and Grace Hester Ward ;sisters, Linda Davis and Robin Jones; brothers, Jackie Hedrick, Danny (Shelia) Daniel, Steve (Kim) Rogers, and Richard Ward of  Houghton, Michigan; grandchildren, Amelia Goulart, Jeremy Payne, Mason Payne, Noah Payne, Bradlee Fountain, Rylee Fountain, and a host of nieces and nephews.
