Funeral Services for Mr. Larry Lee Mitchell will be held Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at 11:00AM. Location: Serenity Funeral Home 414 Telfair Street, Dublin. Rev. Kendrick K. Mack will serve as eulogist. Interment will follow at Mt. Tilla Baptist Church Cemetery.

Larry Lee Mitchell was born February 10, 1958 in Danville, Georgia to Mr. Howard and Mary Lee Robinson Mitchell. He was baptized at Brown Hill Baptist Church of Cochran, GA at an early age. He was employed with Flexsteel Industries Dublin, for a number of years until his health declined. He loved sports, drawing, and music. A few of his favorites: Judge Judy, Sandford and Son, The Young and the Restless, Mist Blue song, along with his Kangoo and white Chuck Taylors.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. Howard and Mary Lee Robinson Mitchell and two brothers, Ronnie Mitchell and Ezzard Howard Mitchell.

He leaves to cherish his memories his children, Anthony Whipple and Kenyatta (Kerey) Edmonds; siblings, Mary Helen Harvey, Maevonia "Debbie" Mitchell, Estella (Wayne) Lowery, Donnie Mitchell, Willie Mitchell and Richie Girtman, grandchildren, Gary Taylor, Emery Taylor, Shamiya Whipple, and Anthony Whipple, Jr., 17 nieces, 15 nephews, and a host of great- nieces and great-nephews, family and friends.

A devoted sister and caregiver Debbie Mitchell, a devoted great-nephew AJ Coley, and devoted friends JuneBug and Ronnie Height.
