Mary E. Stanley was called home to our and savior on Monday, April 6, 2020.

Born May, 6, 1937 to Grover and Duckie Smith, Mary to all who knew her was a loving individual who touched the lives of all who knew her. She was known for making her family laugh with her crazy antics and phrases.  She married Marcus T. Stanley November 13, 1956 and raised 9 loving children.  She was totally dedicated to her husband in all aspects of his life.  Mary was an amazing homemaker and mother to all of her children and all others that she came in contact with.

Mary's smile was as beautiful as flower and her influence will forever remain in the lives of all who knew her.  She quietly departed this life Monday, April 6, 2020 at the North Shore Hospital in Miami, Florida.  Mary was preceded in death by her husband Marcus T. Stanley, two of her brothers, Frank Smith and Albert Smith, and two of her sisters Gloria Bandore and Mattie Watkins.

She is survived by nine children:  Marcus E. Stanley, Linda "Nease" Stanley, Linda (David) Murray, Cedric (Arethia) Stanley, Constance (George) Dean, Hope (Roscoe) Threats, Michelle Stanley, Arthur Stanley and Antwan Stanley, all of Miami, Florida.  She is also survived by four sisters Ollie Lott of Miami, Fl, Myrtle Smith of Atlanta, Ga, Eloise Brown of  Montrose, GA and Sarah Snell of East Dublin, GA., two brother, Grover Smith Jr. of Miami, Fl and Ennis Smith of Atlanta, GA and host of grandchildren, great-grands, nieces, nephews, cousins and family friends that loved her dearly.
