Graveside Services for Mr. Timothy Simmons will be held Friday, February 4, 2022 at 3:00PM. Location: Graham Memorial Church of the Nazarene.

An Angel on Earth and Now in Heaven, Mr. Timothy Simmons was born in Dublin, Georgia on Sunday, October 25, 1964 to the late Clara Foskey Simmons and Charles Alfred Simmons. On Sunday January 30, 2022, Timothy made his transition into heaven.

Timothy attended East Laurens High School. After High School, He spent many years cooking and doing handy work. Mr. Timothy was a very special man who never met a stranger. He loved everyone and would give the shirt off his own back if someone else needed it more. Timothy was a devoted and loving husband to the late Dorothy Jean Simmons for over 20 years. In his later years, He loved gardening, grilling and working on his various special projects. He also enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchild. Mr. Timothy was an amazing grandfather. His family meant the world to him and he will truly be missed.

Timothy was preceded in death by his parents Clara Foskey Simmons and Charles Alfred Simmons ; and wife, Dorothy Jean Simmons.

He leaves to cherish his memories his children, Steven (Dory) Simmons, Laura Simmons; grandchildren, Akeylynn, Daniel, Arabelle, Aimee; Brothers, Steve (Denise) Simmons, Nelson (Carman) Simmons; Nieces, Shenna Simmons, Taylor Simmons; Nephew, Cameron Simmons; Bonus family, mother-in-law, Mrs. Colleen Akridge; children, Ginger (Shane) Hasty-Grinstead, Matt (Angie) Hasty; grandchildren, Darren (Maci)Barwick, Jacob (Shelby) Barwick, Kipp (Kristina) Barwick, Cam Hasty, Blake Grinstead, Katelyn Grinstead, Austin Grinstead; Great grandchild, Riley Jo Barwick ; Sister-in-law, Debbie (Micheal) Sterling ; niece, Melissa (Justin) Self, Erin Sterling; nephew Blake (Haley) Sterling and a host of family and friends.
