Mr. William "Stick" Loyd, was born in Dublin, Ga., on April 24, 1954, to the late Charles and Virginia Loyd. Mr. Loyd was called home to be the Lord on Monday, August 8, 2021 in Dublin, Ga.

William was a loving husband, father, brother and grandfather. He was a humble and sweet spirit that was loved by all. He was proceeded in death by his son William Matthew Loyd.

His memory will forever be cherished by his wife of 31 years Mrs. Shirley Ann Loyd of Dexter, Ga., daughters; Brenda Renee Loyd of East Dublin, Amanda Michell Loyd of Greenfield, Ohio, Tracy (Johnny) Raines of Bartow, Ga., Judy ( Robert) Lynn Dean of Houston, TX., Tanja (Zeke) Powell of East Dublin, one son Charlie Dean of Dexter, Ga., eight grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Saturday, August 14, 2021 from 6-8pm for family and friends at 204 Pineway Drive Dexter, GA 31019. In lieu of flowers the family ask for donations.

Serenity Funeral Home, Dublin, Ga., has charge of the arrangements.
