Funeral Services for Mrs. Willie L. Carr will be held Saturday, November 14, 2020 at 1:00PM at Moore Station Cemetery, Moore Station Road, Dublin. Rev. James Scott, officiating.

Mrs. Carr was preceded in death by her parents Mr. Willie B. and Mrs. Robbie L. Thomas, and her daughter Vernessa Gale Carr.

Willie was born November 26, 1946 in Dublin, Georgia. She was a graduate of Millville High School, and was retired Housekeeper from Dr. Joel and Sarah Radney.

She leaves to cherish her memories a devoted companion of 49 years, Mr. Willie Earl Carr, Sr., children, Denise (Glenn) Whitehead, Patricia (Tyrone) Adams, Willie (Leeandra) Carr, Jr., Natalie (Ricky) Waters, siblings, Freddie (Mary) Thomas, Alvin (Pauline) Thomas, Theartis (Denise) Thomas; brother-in-laws, John (Linda) Bell, Bennie (Vivian) Abrain, Jimmy Bell, beloved aunt, Carolyn Brown, close family and friends, Estella (Willie T.) Haynes, Rosalyn (Larry) Sinkfield and a host of grandchildren, friends and other relatives.
