Celebration of Life Services for Mr. Alonzo Frank Taylor will be held Thursday, October 12, 2023 at 11:00AM. Location: Poplar Springs Methodist Church 1235 Poplar Springs Church Road Adrain, Georgia. Interment will follow at the church cemetery.
Alonzo was born June 22, 1939 to Wonnie Elgin Taylor and Ruby Mildred Taylor. He served in the United States Army and was employed with Max Brown Pharmacy as a delivery driver for a number of years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wonnie and Mildred Taylor, sisters, Wannell Taylor Evans, Lois Taylor Fordham and niece, Carmen Evans.
He leaves to cherish his memories his daughter, Sonja Brown Taylor, granddaughter, Amber Taylor, brother, Wonnie “Junior” Taylor, brother-in-law, Jerry Wayne Fordham, niece, Michelle Evans, and devoted cousins, Peggy Maddox and Metty McAfee, and a host of other relatives.
