Annie Bell Robinson

Celebration of Life Services for Ms. Annie B. Robinson will be held Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at 1:00PM. Location: Pentecostal Temple of the Apostolic Faith 928 Anthony Road Macon, Georgia. Rev. Kendrick K. Mack will serve as eulogist. Interment will follow at White Springs Baptist Church Cemetery 8625 Old Knoxville Road Lizella, Georgia.

Queen Annie Bell Robinson blessed the world with her fearless and vivacious presence on May 16, 1941. She would spend the next eighty-two years laughing, loving, and spreading wisdom to everyone she encountered. An undeniable star and shining light in her own right, Queen Annie Bell was like no other. Only two days after her birthday, she parted this world in the flesh to be in the spirit with her Heavenly Father.  

Born in Lizella, Georgia to the parentage of Hattie Mae Robinson and O.C. Evans. Annie Bell, a middle child, lived her life out loud, refusing to allow her voice or light to ever be diminished.

Her mother instilled in her the importance of a personal relationship with the Lord. At a young age, she accepted Christ as her personal Lord and Savior. She illustrated this acceptance by joining White Spring Baptist Church where she served until God called her home. Her favorite book was indisputably the Bible. She found joy in discussing the Word of God with her loved ones.

Annie Bell's life epitomized servant leadership. She devoted her life to caring for others. From exhibiting genuine care for her children & grandchildren to serving as a caregiver and nurse aide to seniors, her passion for taking care of others was a testament of the endless love and care that Annie Bell possessed.

To cherish her memory and continue her legacy of love are her beloved children, Annie Jean (Larry) Raines and Gary (Michelle) Robinson, siblings, Eula Taylor, Tommie (Brenda) Robinson, Julia Bailey, Shirley (Harry) Moran, Retha Wallace, Elaine Evans, Bettye Brooks, Mary Evans, Ida Evans, Bonnie Evans, Carrie (Jerry) Lightning, Willie (Roswitha) Evans, O.C (Mary) Evans, Wiley (Annie) Evans, James (Mary L.) Evans, Eddie (Debra) Evans, Eula Taylor, and a host of nieces and nephews.

She reunites in heaven with her beloved son, Donnie Robinson (Angela), mother, Hattie Mae Robinson, and father, O.C. Evans.

Public viewing will be held Tuesday, May 23, 2023 at Hicks & Sons Funeral Home 2233 Anthony Road Macon, Georgia.
