Brenda Joyce Posey was born May 26, 1951 in Thomaston, Georgia. Mrs. Posey transitioned on January 26, 2022 at Fairview Park Hospital.

Mrs. Posey was preceded in death by her parents, Aaron Willie George and Lucille Norris; daughter, Tina English; and brother, Donnie Googe.

Mrs. Brenda Joyce Posey leaves to cherish her memories, her daughter, Amy Howard; son, Billy Googe; ten wonderful grandchildren, Ashley White, Brittney Peacock, Brendan Hudson, Brandon Hudson, Kyle Duskin, Amber Duskin, Deanna Googe, Darian Googe, Lucy Googe, and Billy Googe Jr., fifteen great grandchildren, one great great grandchild ,several nieces and nephews, and her loyal and loving dog, Buster.
