Carl Lilburn Ross

Mr. Carl Ross of Dublin passed December 17, 2020 at his residence. Carl Lilburn Ross was born September 20th, 1956 to the late Rita and James Ross in Roseville, California. Carl spent many years as an airframe technician working alongside the LMASSC maintenance in support of the Ethiopian Air force In Addis Ababa Ethiopia. During his 2 year tour in Ethiopia, He married to Hirut Teklu in 1998 and had 1 child together named Julie Ross. After being honorably discharged, Carl and his family moved back to the U.S, where he continued his work as an air frame technician.
