Upon graduation Carson attended Albany State University in Albany, Georgia to major in accounting and run track in hopes of making it to the Olympics. During his years at Albany State University, Carson also pursued another passion which was cooking. Carson love serving others and found his passion in cooking for others as he says, “food is where the heart is.” He was such a servant worker for others. He loved spending that quality time with his sons Ta’lon Chandler Shuman-Mack (23 years old) and Dylan Carlnell Mack (11 years old).
