The Lord called Clayton Vaughn Hilbun, 60, of East Dublin to his eternal resting place on February 13, 2025. He was born on January 21, 1965, to the parentage of the late Jan D. Clayton and late Curtis V. Hilbun in Lancaster, Ohio.
Clayton was an attendee of East Laurens High School. After obtaining education, he began work as a millwright for many years. He attended Graham Memorial Church, where he accepted God into his life and was baptized last Easter. In his leisure time, he enjoyed playing video games, socializing, attending church, spending time with his family, cooking, and eating what he cooked. He will always be remembered for his kindness, warmth, and love for those around him.
Clayton was preceded in death by his parents, Jan Clayton and Curtis Hilbun, grandparents, Jim Hilbun and J.D. Clayton, brother, Heath Hilbun, and niece, Jana Hilbun.
Clayton leaves behind a loving family to cherish his memories: brother, Shawn Hilbun; sister, Heather Hilbun; two daughters, Tara Faircloth and Payton Hilbun; and his son, Heath Hilbun. He was blessed with a host of grandchildren, nieces, and great-nieces who will also miss him dearly.
Celebration of Life Services will be held Monday, February 24, 2025, at Graham Memorial Church of Nazarene at 3PM.
Serenity Funeral Home - Dublin is charge of arrangements.
