Celebration of Life Services for Ms. Effie Perry will be held Monday, October 9, 2023 at 11:00AM. Location: Serenity Funeral Home 414 Telfair Street, Dublin. Rev. Kendrick K. Mack will serve as eulogist.

Ms. Effie Perry was born September 9th, 1931 to the Mr. and Mrs. Jack Perry in Dublin, Georgia. Ms. Perry departed this life Tuesday, October 3, 2023.

Ms. Perry is preceded in death by her parents Mr. Jack and Mrs. Mattie Perry, sisters; Neoma Perry, Eunice Perry Marion, brothers; Melvin “Duke” Perry, Elbert “Buddy” Perry, JB “Ike” Perry, Lorenza Rozier, Harrold Perry.

Effie enjoyed her life, and her hobbies were fishing, planting flowers and sitting on her screened front porch talking about old times.

She leaves to mourn her passing, her son, Jimmy (Caroline) Perry of Naples, Florida; sisters, Jackie (James) Marion of Dublin, Georgia, Minnie Espino of Alameda, California; brothers, Jack Perry of Milner, Georgia, Leon (Dora) Perry of Naples, Florida; four grandchildren, Jimmy Perry, Jr., Jason Perry, Tonya Perry, Hershel Troutman all of Naples, Florida, many great- grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.

Serenity Funeral Home Dublin, has charge of arrangements.
