Celebration of Life Services for Emily Dianne Fennell will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 2:00PM. Location – Lighthouse Church of God – 315 Dewey Warnock Road East Dublin, Georgia 31027.
Emily Dianne Fennell, 66, passed away peacefully on February 20, 2026. She was born on April 8, 1959, to the late Rev. Robert L. Fennell and Barbara T. Fennell.
Emily was a proud graduate of ELHS Class of 1976. She was a faithful member of Garden of Prayer – Adrian, Georgia and she loved praise and worship and served in surrounding churches. Her love for the Lord was evident in every aspect of her life. A born-again Christian, Emily dedicated her heart and voice to worship and ministry, blessing countless lives through her faith and testimony.
Emily was most recently employed by Dublin Women’s Clinic. Throughout her career, she also faithfully served at Dublin Medical Center, Department of Banking & Finance, Dublin Probation Office, and Laurens County Clerk of Court Office. She was known for her strong work ethic, kindness, and willingness to help others.
She was preceded in death by her father, Rev. Robert L. Fennell.
She leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion to her family. She is survived by her daughter, Erin (Chad) Bayles; son, Joshua Maddox; mother, Barbara Fennell Ussery; siblings, Vicky (Tony) Hinton, Sherri Braswell, Greg (Vonda) Fennell, Nancy Warnock, and Margie (Arnold) Warnock; cherished grandchildren, Chance (Madison) Davis, Harrison Bayles, and Hudson Maddox; and her precious great-grandchildren, Gunner Davis and Kash Davis.
Emily loved her family deeply and treasured every moment spent with them. Her life was a reflection of her unwavering faith, her servant’s heart, and her joyful spirit. She will be remembered for her beautiful voice, her steadfast love for the Lord, and the compassion she showed to everyone she met.
Her memory will forever live in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
Public viewing will be held one hour prior to the Celebration of Life Service, from 1:00-2:00PM.
