Mr. Evans Mack, Sr.

Graveside Services for Mr. Evans “Pete” Mack, Sr. will be held Saturday, February 26, 2022 at 12:00 Noon. Location: Oak Grove Cemetery Old Macon Road Montrose, Georgia. Dr. Christopher Watkins will serve as eulogist.

Mr. Evans Mack, Sr. known as “Pete” was born December 25, 1932 to Mr. Evans Dillman Mack and Mrs. Annie Mack. He departed this life Friday, February 18, 2022.

Mr. Mack was retired from M&M Clay Company and Evans Disposal Company.

Mr. Mack was preceded in death by two sons, Jerry Lewis Mack and James Willie Mack.

He leaves to cherish his memories nine children; Gladys Mack, Betty Jean Mack, Lesa Mack Hill, Virginia (Gene) Hill all of Athens, Georgia, Evans (Denis) Mack, Stacy (Derrick) Buie of Atlanta, Georgia, L.C (Kathy) Mack, Johnny Mack Watkins, and one stepson Jonathan Smith all of Dublin, Georgia; two brothers, Otis (Lena) Mack of Irwinton, Georgia and Eugene (Janice) Mack of Dublin, Georgia; five sisters, Louise Denson, Martha Surry, of Dublin, Georgia, Etherine (Emory) Anderson of Rentz, Georgia, Irene Loyd of Mims, Florida and Marie Hudson of Miami, Florida, and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Public Viewing will be held Friday, February 25, 2021 from 9:00AM-7:00PM. Family will receive friends at the family residence 829 Cumming Road, Dublin.

Serenity Funeral Home, Dublin has charge of arrangements.
