Mr. Harvey Lee Branham of East Dublin, Georgia passed away Saturday, September 21, 2024, at Traditions Health and Nursing Center in Lithonia, Georgia.
Harvey was born to the parentage of Mr. Eligah Branham, Sr. and Mrs. Caroline McCullar Branham on April 24, 1945 in Johnson County. He graduated from B. D. Perry High School in 1964, before enlisting in the U.S. Army. He served several years in the U.S. Army Reserve, and was later employed with the VA Hospital before starting his own business as a painter.
Harvey joined Williams Chapel Baptist Church at an early age under Rev. Robert Pooler, before moving his membership to New Bible Believers under Pastor Benny Brantley.
Harvey was preceded in death by his great-grandparents: Thomas David Branham, Mattie Samuels Branham, John McCullar, and Katie Garvine McCullar Kemp; parents: Eligah Branham, Sr. and Caroline McCullar Branham; siblings: Layron Branham, Sr., Magadel Branham, Doris B. Dupree, Willie L. Branham, Mary J. Branham, and Eligah Branham, Jr.
Harvey is survived by his children: Constance Yvonne Branham, Pamela S. Branham, Eric T. (Olivia Nickens) Branham, Tywana N. Branham, and Caitlin Branham; grandchildren: TyKari Branham, Payton Hampton, and Carter Pittman; siblings: Lucile B. Ledbetter of Tobyhanna, Pennsylvania, Herbert (Audrey) Branham of Athens, Alabama, Mattie B. Carrow, Mildred B. Jackson, and Lillian (James) Wright of Dublin, Georgia; sister-in-law: Betty B. Branham of Dublin, Georgia; and many nieces, nephews, and a devoted friend, Annie Doris Greene of Dublin, Georgia.
Celebration of Life for Mr. Branham will be held Thursday, September 26 at 12:00 PM. Location: Serenity Funeral Home - Dublin. Reverend Kendrick K. Mack will be officiating.
