Howard David Batts

Memorial Services for Mr. Howard D. Batts will be held on Saturday, June 20, at 2:00 PM at Serenity Funeral Home 414 Telfair Street.

Howard Davis Batts departed his life on Thursday, June 11, 2020. He was born on September 29, 1958 to the parentage of Howard Batts and Betty Jean Yawn.

Howard Batts served in the Navy for eight years. He was employed with Holiday Inn for ten plus years working in the maintenance department.  While he was not working, he was known to fish and cook these two things he loved to do.

Howard’s life and legacy will be cherished forever by his devoted companion Kathy Wood; one child Brandi Leguin; his brother: Johnnie Batts; two grandchildren: Trey Wilson and Cook Leguin.
