Mr. James Charles Harrell, of East Dublin, Georgia passed on September 12, 2020 at his residence.
Mr. James Harrell, was born on September 19, 1945 to the late Mr. Zollie Harrell and Mrs. Judy Coker Harrell. James enjoyed watching WWE, old westerns, strolling on Facebook, fishing and country dancing in his off time. Mr. Harrell was the owner of Harrell Home Improvement New Albany, Indiana and also employed by Macon-Bibb County Police Department and Moultrie Sheriff Department.
