Graveside Services for Mr. Jerome Rozier will be held Saturday, April 29, 2023 at 11:00 AM. Location: Dudley Memorial Cemetery. Brother Kurtis Miller will serve as eulogist.
Mr. Jerome Rozier was born May 15, 1960, to Mr. and Mrs. Homer Lee and Rosetta Rozier. Jerome lived his life loving and enjoying time with his family and friends. Affectionally nicknamed “Rome”, he was known as the family grill master; and the fondest memories of Jerome are of him grilling for almost every family event.
Jerome departed this life on Monday, April 24, 2023. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Arnetta Boyer, his maternal grandmother Minnie Copeland, brothers Hershel Lee Rozier and Robert Rozier, sister Cathy Gordon, and niece LaTasha Surrey.
Jerome is survived by his parents Homer and Rosetta Rozier, Dudley, GA, son Lavorgia Watkins, Virginia, grandson Devon Watkins, Dublin, Ga, granddaughter Ivee Watkins, Dublin, GA, brother J.C (Carol) Rozier, Hinesville, GA, sisters, Betty Rozier- Johnson, Dudley, GA, Myrtle Santiago, Rochester, NY, Mary Stuckey and Dorothy Carr, both of Dublin, GA. He also leaves to cherish his memory a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
