Laval Watkins

Celebration of Life Services for Mr. Laval "Wolf" Watkins will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 1:00PM. Location: Laurens Hill Baptist Church - 1404 Laurens Hill Church Road Dudley, GA 31022. Pastor Gregory Jones will serve as eulogist. Public viewing and visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 from 10:00AM until 8:00PM at Serenity Funeral Home - Dublin.

Mr. Laval Watkins, also known as Wolf, brought joy to this world on May 27, 1952, when he was born to the late loving parents of Mr. and Mrs. Willie and Arcenia Watkins. At an early age Mr. Laval accepted Christ as his personal Savior and has served Him faithfully. He was an interminable, dedicated, and conservative Deacon at Laurens Hill Baptist Church until his health declined.

On Friday morning, October 24, 2025, God decided it was time and carried Mr. Watkins to his eternal home.

Deacon Watkins leaves to cherish his memories; his two sons: Tyrone Watkins of Rentz Georgia, Lorenzo (Karena) Watkins of Dublin GA, five brothers: Freddie Jean Watkins of Dudley GA, John T. (Cecilia) Watkins of Columbus GA, L.T. (Faye) Watkins of Rentz GA, Willie Jr. (Gwen) Watkins of Dublin GA, Raymond (Sandra) Watkins of Cochran, GA; Three grandsons whom he cherished so much; Devyn Watkins, Dorian Watkins, and Dillan Watkins, all of Dublin GA; a host of nephews, nieces, very close cousins, family, and friends who will cherish the love he had for them all.
