Celebration of Life Services for Ms. Shamika Q. Shivers will be held Saturday, July 27, 2024, at 11:00AM. Location: Mt. Moriah Baptist Church 1855 Sawmill Road Ailey, Georgia. Bishop A. Tim Chatman will serve as eulogist. Interment will follow at Baker Cemetery – Soperton, Georgia.
Shamika was born on September 12, 1980, Jeanette Shivers and Ralph Wadley. She received her diploma from Treutlen County High School, employed with Treutlen County Commissioners as a Deputy Clerk, and a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church.
She leaves to cherish her memories her two daughters, Mehaya Wadley and Mekala Wadley, grandchildren, Sebastian Summersett, Jr. and Kyomi Easterling, father, Ralph (Susie) Wadley, Sr., godmother, Susie Little; sisters, Latrice Shivers, Dikesha Robinson, Charlette Coney, and Christal Wadley-(Larry) Sephard, brother, Roger Devoe, godson, London Phillps, special aunts, Jackie McKinney and Angie Harris, uncles, Van Harris and Wayne Wadley, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
Public Viewing will be held Friday, July 26, 2024, from 11:00-8:00PM at the funeral home.
Serenity Funeral Home – Dublin has charge of arrangements.
