Steven Glenn Hatcher

Funeral Services for Mr. Steven G. Hatcher will be held on Thursday, January 02, 2020 at 2:00PM at Serenity Funeral Home 414 Telfair Street, Dublin. Rev. Greg Lowery will officiate. Interment will follow at the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church Cemetery, Dexter.

Mr. Steven Glenn Hatcher was born on June 3, 1968 to Linda Brumitt Vanwormer and Robert Hatcher. He entered eternal rest on December 28, 2019. Mr. Hatcher served in the United States Air Force and was stationed at Nellis AFB in Nevada. While in the Air Force he received many awards.  Steve was employed with Celadon Trucking. 

During his spare time he loved to watch movies, he also enjoyed old cars, loved the Detroit Lions and was a big fan of the Detroit Tigers Justin Verlander was his favorite baseball player. Mr. Steve loved telling jokes and loved his fur babies, Bella was his heart.

Mr. Hatcher is preceded in death by his father Robert Hatcher, Lynn VanWormer, Sandra (Sandy) Hatcher Chance, and his step dad Vernon Vanwormer.

He leaves to cherish his memories to celebrate his life his wife; Debbie Sue Evans Hatcher, children; Jeremy Williams (Ashley), Joshua Ryan Williams (Tori), Brittany Williams all of Rentz. Brianna Yergeau of Boise, ID., Amanda Yergeau and Samantha Collier both of Nampa, ID., and seven wonderful grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 02, from 11-2 at Serenity Funeral Home, Dublin has charge of arrangements. Condolences may be posted at serenityfuneralhomedublin.com
