Tommy Gillis

Mr. Tommy Gillis was born May 21, 1952 in Dublin, Georgia to Daniel Gillis and Mary Churchwell Gillis. After high school Tommy enlisted in the United States Army where he served for many years. He was a truck driver for Hatcher Trucking, where he enjoyed traveling and seeing the world.

He was preceded in death by his parents Daniel and Mary Gillis, siblings, Bobby Gillis, Herbert Gillis and Mary Wise.

He leaves to cherish his memories his children, David Gillis and Sharon Gettys, sister, Linda Stewart, grandchildren, Duncan Davis, Ashland Gillis, Faith Bridges, Kameron Gillis, Presley Gillis and one great-grandson, Wyatt Hagan.

A Celebration of Life Services will be held at a later date.
