Wendell Edwards was born on December 31, 1950 in Montrose, Georgia to the late Robert Lee Edwards and Annie Mae Ingram Edwards. “Bookie” or “Win Dale” as he was affectionately known accepted Jesus Christ as his LORD and Savior at a young age. He was a faithful life-long member of the Eason Hill Baptist Church. He loved to spend time with family and friends and if he was in the room, he was the center of attention. His favorite pastime was having cookouts, playing dominoes, watching sports, fishing, dancing, and he specialized in social comedic communication. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and was passionate about nursing home ministry. On Thursday, April 15, 2021 as he slept he began having the most amazing dream as he transitioned from our presence into the presence of the LORD.
